UDC, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of William Larkin as Vice President of Consulting Services.

As Vice President, Bill will work with UDC’s clients and management leading UDC’s Consulting Services group providing expertise and professional services supporting our assignments. Bill will be responsible for all aspects of division operations including: developing new business, maintaining UDC’s reputation in the industry, maintaining high quality of current programs and attracting significant new resources and talent to our team.

Bill joins UDC, Inc. from IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as a Partner in the Energy & Utilities Management Consulting Practice. In this role, he was responsible for driving process and technology strategies, as well as delivering solutions focused on improving the safety and reliability of gas and electric utility operations. He has an extensive background in delivery of enterprise-scale transformation programs involving ERP, supply chain management, work / asset management, field mobility and enterprise GIS. A most recent assignment was leading the implementation of the Pathfinder Gas Distribution Automation Project which provided an integrated GIS.
