UDC’s Mark Stiefel Achieves FME Certification from Safe Software

FME Certified ProfessionalMark Stiefel, Senior Analyst for UDC, has been granted Certified FME Desktop Professional designation by Safe Software. This certification is given to FME professionals who have recently completed Safe Software FME training, have several years of FME experience, demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of FME and current technologies, and provide evidence of creating innovative solutions for large-scale and/or complex projects. 

Mark is a seasoned GIS professional with over 33 years of experience in GIS, Automated Mapping and Facilities Management. His background includes competency with a multitude of GIS platforms including Esri, Schneider ArcFM, GE Smallworld and Safe Software FME. Mark has assisted several UDC customers in building GIS applications and communicating workflows including Portland General Electric, Sempra Energy, Southern California Edison, Trifecta, Virginia Natural Gas, Vectren Energy and Windstream.
