Before joining UDC, I held analyst and management positions within utilities, including DTE Energy and Consumers Energy. I had the privilege to work on projects from data integrity and field mapping to managing project teams in gas and electric solutioning as well as application implementation. In my role at UDC, I manage the competencies for our consultants, analysts, architects, and developers. I work to maintain a current staffing plan while also helping my employees to grow both personally and professionally.
