Chief Technology Officer
William leads UDC’s technology vision, driving innovation and scalable solutions for the utilities industry.
I bring more than 20 years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, including over a decade focused on the utilities and geospatial space. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across GIS, infrastructure, and system integration, helping organizations design and implement scalable, high-performing solutions. I established and scaled the Enterprise Architecture practice at UDC, building the standards, governance, and technical leadership that now underpin how we deliver across the organization.
In my new role as Chief Technology Officer, I lead our technology vision across enterprise architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, and innovation. My focus is on aligning technology with business outcomes — ensuring our solutions are resilient, secure, and built to support long-term growth for both UDC and our clients.
