Kieran is a Consultant who provides expertise in GIS data processing, quality control, and delivery in support of UDC’s electric and gas clients undertaking field asset inventory and assessment initiatives. Since 2020, he has supported gas utilities in transforming their GE Smallworld network datasets to the Esri ArcGIS Utility Network model.
