The UDC Field Services team on the SCE Pole Loading project just completed Year Two of a seven year program to conduct a detailed assessment of pole loading on the over 1.4 million poles that exist on the Southern California Edison electrical network.
At the close of 2015, UDC has completed the assessment on 228,843 poles with a well-trained and productive team in SCE service territory. In 2015, the UDC team continued to demonstrate our ability to provide high quality results in field data collection and have recorded monthly quality scores from the SCE QC group that exceed the project standard of 92%. In the month of September, we recorded an outstanding QC score of 98.9%. In addition to our awesome QC score in September we recorded 97.6% in November and a QC score of 97.8% in August. We finished the year 2015 with an average 94.6% overall QC score.
