We are pleased to announce that UDC Executive Solution Architect Tom Helmer has recently become a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist (SA). This certification is given to Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) leadership professionals who participate in Lean-Agile transformation. Tom has over 25 years experience designing and integrating utility solutions around GIS and related technologies, including advanced metering infrastructure and smart grid solutions.
UDC works to adhere to the principles and practices of SAFe® in performing Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. Our team members are trained to support Lean-Agile teams and programs and apply practices in formulating business solutions for our Gas and Electric Utility clients.
