UDC has earned Platinum Esri Partner Network (EPN) program status with Esri. Founded in 2005, UDC progressed in the EPN from Silver in 2006, to Gold in 2018, and in May of 2022, the company is pleased to have achieved the highest level of EPN partnership. Esri is the global leader in geographic information system (GIS) software and location intelligence.
Esri’s Platinum program is open to eligible industry-leading firms demonstrating alignment with Esri’s vision of supporting users in their work with geospatial data and highly engaged and aligned with Esri technology. Platinum partners often serve international markets and are providers of services, solutions, or content centered around and built upon Esri ArcGIS software and technology.

The EPN program aligns with UDC’s goals for active product collaboration and business planning with the Esri team. The Platinum program affords partners increased amplification of partner activities and an elevated forum for timely feedback and gaining insight into product and technology development for the benefit of UDC’s clients and projects.
Led by Frank Roberts, UDC’s partner relationship manager, UDC entered a comprehensive assessment process with Esri to be considered for next level partnership. This included a review of UDC’s work with Esri Professional Services and the Esri Utilities team on a wide array of GIS projects for gas, electric, and water utilities. Additionally, Esri assessed UDC’s GIS leadership, training, and certifications, as well as customer feedback, all of which contributed to the company’s Platinum distinction with Esri.
