UDC is happy to announce that TJ Houle is moving into a newly developed role within the company as Vice President of Solution Engineering.
In previous positions at UDC as GIS Consultant, Solution Architect, and most recently, Director of Systems Integration, TJ has played key roles in helping our utility clients solve business problems using GIS, providing support for solution implementations and related technology integrations. Leveraging her experience in electric and gas, she has led our teams in expanding UDC’s advanced network strategy by building tools and processes to assist clients with implementing the ArcGIS Utility Network and the framework to support it. She has also been instrumental in driving the evolution of UDC’s auto-migration tool, HEIDE.
Leading Solutions Engineering for UDC, TJ will focus on identifying and fostering new strategic business initiatives, advancing new business cases and plans, and assisting to orchestrate the rollout of new solutions and practice areas for the company. She will continue to work closely with our clients, helping to progress ideas to full-fledged solutions for implementation.
