Objective: Work Order Maintenance
UDC is excited to share its continued collaboration with Portland General Electric (PGE) on data maintenance. Since 2018, UDC has assisted the utility with maintaining a current GIS by providing quality control data management services. PGE has extended this data maintenance initiative with UDC through the end of 2024.
PGE Goals
UDC’s data maintenance support has empowered the utility to focus its efforts on high-value initiatives, including downtown mesh network mapping improvements, ADMS implementation, and data management and operation enhancements.
UDC’s Role
Leveraging multiple sources and systems, UDC performs quality control for multiple workstreams of PGE’s various editing teams. Additionally, UDC provides feedback audits to these teams as well as manages project questions through UDC’s Problem Action Response (PAR) system.
