We are pleased to announce that Anthony Palizzi and Terry Martin have joined the UDC team. Anthony is taking on the role of Executive Director of Integrated Data, while Terry is supporting our Federal Practice Area as Director of Business Development.

Anthony Palizzi, Executive Director, Integrated Data
Anthony, who joined UDC this month, brings over 30 years of leadership experience to the UDC team. His industry expertise spans remote sensing and data planning, acquisition, processing/production, analytics, management, provisioning, integration, assessment, and operations.
He previously held several executive management positions at leading geospatial, software, technology, and consulting firms. In these roles, he contributed to delivering high-value solutions across multiple industry sectors, including Energy, Utilities, Railway, Public, Government, and Commercial.
Anthony most recently served as Vice President and Director of Sales for LiveEO, a leading provider in satellite-based imagery and asset monitoring, where he played a key role in developing its strategic sales and partner strategy in the Americas. He has also founded three companies and has been involved in several startups.
As Executive Director of Integrated Data, Anthony will be working closely with UDC’s Practice Area Leaders and Account Management, Business Development, Operations, and Engineering Delivery teams to develop new geospatial offerings.

Terry Martin, Director of Business Development, Federal
Terry joins UDC as Director of Business Development for the firm’s Federal Practice Area. He has over 8 years of experience directing business development in the Federal sector as well as more than 25 years of experience applying GIS to a wide variety of Defense applications.
He was first introduced to the value of GIS at the Nature Conservancy, where he worked on the Santa Cruz Island Project. He began his GIS career after moving to the East Coast, helping build one of the first Superfund/BRAC Environmental GIS implementations for the US Army at Ft. Devens, MA. Prior to joining UDC, Terry worked at Esri and most recently served as Director for Locana’s Federal Business Development.
During his time at Esri, Terry managed Esri’s US Air Force (USAF) Installations and Environment accounts as part of the Defense Team. He played a key role in working with the USAF and Esri Business Partners to develop one of the first global, enterprise, and standards-based Enterprise GIS for Installation Management and Forward Deployment in the GeoBase/GeoReach Program. Terry’s Esri experience also included working with large water utilities.
Directing Federal BD, Terry is helping establish UDC’s foothold in this market. His responsibilities include creating long-term business growth strategies for the market, building relationships with Federal agencies, and developing key partnerships within the industry.

I plan to take UDC’s unique GIS skillset to the Federal market to serve digital agencies by providing geospatial solutions that support situational awareness, decision-making, and policy transparency”.
