I have spent the last 16 years building and delivering complex GIS and program management solutions for utility and enterprise clients. My background spans technical project leadership on large-scale geospatial programs serving major public-sector and infrastructure clients, to strategic program management roles that sharpened my ability to translate client needs into measurable results. At UDC, I focus on leading the GIS Services practice, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the programs we deliver create real, lasting value for the utilities we serve.
