I have over two decades of experience in electric and gas utility GIS project management, serving in roles related to quality system and PMO development, resource management, business systems analysis, and software, data, and document quality control. These experiences have shaped my whole-system oriented view and understanding of the interrelated processes that must work in harmony to instill and assure overall project delivery quality. As Director of Competencies, I am commited to building a strong framework around PMO, competencies and talent development. To achieve this, I mentor our team leaders on best practice alignment, develop PMO processes and procedures, facilitate training, assess compliance, and coach on corrective and preventative actions. My goal is continuous process improvement through innovation and lessons learned.
