I have developed expertise in GIS solutions that help utilities modernize, improve data quality, and enhance service across various roles at UDC, Black & Veatch, Enspiria Solutions, and Convergent Group. My experience covers the full software development cycle, from requirements analysis to deployment. I have led large projects for gas and electric utilities to optimize technology investments and support operational excellence.
