I have worked in the Utility Industry for the past 7 years and have over 25 years of experience in information systems. As a Strategic Customer Partner, I help foster our client relationships and manage project teams, overseeing resource management and delivery to ensure quality standards, timeliness, and UDC client satisfaction.
