Tom has over three decades of GIS industry experience
As the Director of Resources & Operations for Utility Network, I oversee resource planning, staffing strategy, and operational processes that support project delivery across our U.S. and global teams. With more than 35 years of experience supporting GIS projects in the utility and public sectors, including gas, electric, water/wastewater, and telecommunications, I have a lot of experience in workforce planning, project delivery, and operational management.
Throughout leadership roles at Avineon and UDC, I have partnered closely with clients across all phases of the project lifecycle, helping ensure successful delivery of complex GIS and Utility Network initiatives. I am currently leading UDC’s GIS Data and Utility Network professionals, aligning talent and capabilities with current and future business needs to drive successful project outcomes, support organizational growth, and deliver exceptional value to clients.
