Jose has 10+ years of GIS experience, giving him expertise in GIS and cloud solution architecture, GIS analysis, management, and security. Previously, he built GIS and cloud solutions for electric and gas utilities and supported GIS management and analysis. As the Director of Enterprise Architecture, Jose has focused on architecting scalable, secure infrastructure to support our clients’ adoption of emerging technologies and on working with his team to ensure all client IT projects are defined by enterprise standards. He has been with UDC for 1 year.
