UDC is pleased to announce Karen Smith’s recent promotion to Vice President of Business Development.
Previously serving as the acting BD Director, Karen has been instrumental in advancing UDC’s business development initiatives since joining the company in 2022. Her responsibilities have included forming strategic partnerships to foster business growth, identifying new markets that align with UDC’s businesses, and developing long-term business strategies for the company.
In her newly expanded role, Karen will continue these responsibilities while also taking on additional leadership duties, including managing and mentoring UDC’s business development team to create and implement strategic account plans. She will also oversee the development and advancement of UDC’s presence in international markets.
