With over 20 years of experience working both at the utility and as a service provider, Bill has built a reputation for delivering innovative enterprise technology solutions. His expertise spans GIS, infrastructure, system integration, and enterprise architecture. He was pivotal in establishing UDC’s Enterprise Architecture services and delivery team, an area that continues to grow within our organization.
As CTO, Bill will lead UDC’s technology vision across products, cloud, cybersecurity, and innovation. His focus on aligning technology investments with business outcomes will help ensure our solutions remain secure, resilient, and adaptable, while positioning us for sustained long-term growth and enhanced customer success.
