Over two primary phases, UDC’s Field Collection service collects your compliance-related asset information and translates the information into a format suitable for consumption by your teams and system(s).
Phase One: Boots on the Ground
Upon loading the client-provided asset list into our GIS-based collection software, UDC field visits each corresponding structure and records or verifies the required asset information directly from the asset. We can also provide GPS points for each asset.
Phase Two: Data Input
UDC uploads your equipment inspection information into your preferred format, whether that be GIS, SAP, or tabular data, for more streamlined reporting. We can also provide tools for digital collection and compliance reporting views if needed.
