I have over 25 years of experience in the spatial solutions industry, including account management, project delivery, business process consulting, and systems integration. In these various roles, I have helped numerous companies drive organizational transformation by helping them invest wisely in enterprise-class IT/GIS solutions. As a Strategic Customer Partner for UDC, I support our gas and electric utility customers by working with them to understand their vision and strategic goals, developing “road maps” for software investment and adoption, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects and programs that employ technology to improve customer service and safety while creating value for the organization.
