Throughout six primary steps, we will determine what the solution will look like for your unique utility, by reviewing your specific data and systems, in addition to creating a detailed plan and budget.

Step One: Roadmap Initialization
UDC jointly develops with your utility a fast-moving roadmap that outlines your Electric Compliance solution. To incorporate your systems, business drivers, and underlying technologies in your solution, we review your existing technology landscape and relevant documentation to ensure our team has a solid understanding.
We define your solution through workshops, taking into consideration your organizational needs, schedule, budget, and resources. Together we develop a detailed implementation plan for deploying Electric Compliance Manager.
Step Two: Begin Solution Build
UDC starts by configuring Compliance Manager for your utility’s individual requirements, including any data, hardware, software, or mobile device requirements identified in Step One as well as any required system or data work.
Step Three: Integration
Our application provides an Esri Runtime-based Field tool for Windows mobile or iOS. In this phase, we integrate Compliance Manager with your enterprise applications for asset management, work management, and field tools.
Step Four: Test & Adjust
UDC performs solution testing and any adjustments prior to end-user testing via remote access to your test environment.
Step Five: Training
To ensure successful adoption and maximum effectiveness of your solution, UDC can provide training tailored to your organization and learning style. This training may include both onsite and web-hosted sessions, supporting reference documentation, and recorded sessions on the use and maintenance of your application.
Step Six: Deploy
UDC assists your utility staff with deploying your solution and mobile application at the level of help you need.
