This dashboard uses operational digital twin technology to help Cleco better manage electric distribution outages and communications. It features three operational views that allow operators to monitor and manage outages in real-time, analyze past events to identify trends, and review reliability indices data that is truncated every three years. Recent enhancements have made the dashboard more intuitive for users, streamlining access to data-driven insights. The integration of AI is transforming how users collect and request information.
