Harnessing the Past to Predict the Future at VELCO - Esri IMGIS 2025

VELCO is visualizing its electric transmission operations using Experience Builder dashboards and PI Historian to enable the historic playback of events. A WebSocket server supports the viewing of real-time data, allowing a pulse to be kept on asset performance and peak usage. The historical widgets permit the analysis of past events, which helps VELCO prepare for future asset requirements. We’ll share how these dashboards are being leveraged to streamline operations and facilitate effective decision-making, along with the enhanced capabilities enabled through incorporated widgets and graphs.
