UDC’s Data Readiness and Completeness Services involve four primary phases throughout which we prepare your data according to your technology requirements and address any data governance needs for maintaining the data completeness. The timeline for readying your data is dependent on the current state of your data and your requirements for your planned technology.
Phase One: Review Data Mitigation Needs and Data Governance Process
During this first phase, we review your data requirements for your planned technology as well as your existing data governance process. Based on these assessments and your schedule, we prioritize your data needs and create a data cleanup plan.
Phase Two: Identify Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Data Sources
This phase determines the hierarchy of data sources we adhere to during the data cleanup as well as identifies any gaps within your sources. We then work with you to find a solution to those gaps.
Phase Three: Perform Data Cleanup
Leveraging our data accelerators and tools, we conduct manual and automated data cleanup, using the sources identified in Phase Two for asset verification.
Phase Four: Address Governance Needs
For the final phase, we put quality control checks in place to ensure the data completeness is maintained in the future. We can provide you with ongoing data quality monitoring through a subscription-based report to routinely identify gaps and trends in your data for you.
We also setup change control processes to safeguard your data from new errors being introduced. This ensures that your data continues to fulfill your technology requirements.
