For over 45 years, I have helped Federal GIS clients to associate infrastructure and nature, events, processes, and time with their surroundings to enable spatial-driven decisions. I’ve provided GIS support to 25 Federal agencies in 5 countries throughout my various leadership positions and have helped develop, establish, and operate global enterprise GIS programs for the US Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Secretary of Defense. As Senior Vice President, I lead the development and growth of UDC’s Federal practice area, leveraging UDC’s technical capabilities and experience.
